For home owners, the best first step is cold water in a cloth. Blot the spot but do not rub vigorously as it can damage the carpet. If you must use a cleaning solution, pour a small amount into a cloth and blot the spot. Do not pour directly onto the spot regardless of package instructions.

I can remove most food and drink stains, urine and other pet stains, oil spots and many ink spots as well as many rust spots.

Dry time depends on a number of factors such as temperatures, relative humidity and air movement. My goal is for carpets to be dry within 4 hours but it may not always be possible.

I will happily move furniture. Some furniture I will recommend leaving in place.
